If people "make" us sad, angry, nervous.....we sometimes feel, as if somebody pushes our buttons. Odds are that our feelings have more to do with past experiences than the present moment. We can´t change the way people around us behave. But we can change the way we react to their behaviour. EFT is a great tool to remove our "buttons" so that we free ourselves from past hurt, betrayal....to become ourselves - free and happy beings.
